Join us every Monday for a journey into mindfulness! Each week, we’ll explore different practices such as meditation, mindful movement, and loving-kindness meditation. Science shows that mindfulness can reduce anxiety, improve sleep, enhance your mood, and boost focus.

No prior experience needed — beginners are warmly welcomed! As a special gift, participants will receive an essential oil roller to carry their mindful practice with them.

We’ll meet outside of Zot N’ Go a few minutes before 4:00pm and then we’ll embark as a group to the actual meditation spot after 4:00pm. Meditations will be held outside (weather permitting) so dress appropriately and comfortably. We’ll provide mats to sit on, but feel free to bring your own!
